In celebration of the partnership, Royce recalled a time in his profession when he took a shot within the music business. “I remember working in a cell phone store and I had all this money saved up to buy a car but instead I used it to make my first album,” he shares. “That was definitely a shot, definitely a risk. I take them all the time. Right now I’m working on my next album called ‘Alter Ego,’ which I think it’s my most ambitious album yet. With every song and every album, I take a risk. I’m always taking shots that are risky but are worth it in the end.”
